After retiring as an Emeritus Professor in the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry in 2005, Dr. Raborn began a career in real estate sales in Sherwood Park in 2005 as part of the Coldwell Banker group.

It was his good luck to transfer over to the NOW Real Estate Group approximately 5 years ago.

While Dr. Wayne's focus is primarily health care practice appraisal and sales as part of the Ontario based ROI Corporation brokerage, he has over the years (as an acreage dweller since the mid 1980’s) assisted clients with listing and selling their homes or acreages.

Dr. Wayne and his son and partner, David Raborn, are members of the Sherwood Park and District Chamber of Commerce  and are proud supporters of Sherwood Park and Strathcona County and its business community.
